๐ How to play Spot the Difference
By Miguel Arechaga
Spot the Difference is a classic observation game: you have two panels of nearly identical icons and must find the squares that have changed in the copy. It's a perfect game for training attention to detail and focus.
The goal
Find every difference between the Original panel and the Copy as fast as possible. Every time you complete a level, you move on to the next one, with more differences and bigger grids.
How to play step by step
- Press Start. Two panels appear: the original and a copy with a few different squares.
- Compare both and tap the square where you spot a change (you can tap it on either panel).
- If you're right, the difference is marked in green on both panels.
- If you tap a square that hasn't actually changed, it's a miss and you get a few seconds added as a penalty.
- Once you find them all, you level up automatically.
Tricks to spot them faster
- Scan by rows: compare square by square from left to right, row by row, instead of trying to take it all in at once.
- Don't guess: every miss costs you time, so only tap when you're sure that square has changed.
- Watch for small details: many differences are icons that look similar to each other; compare them carefully.
- Split the panel into zones: on the bigger grids, check quadrant by quadrant so you don't lose your place.
With practice, your eye gets used to catching changes at a glance, and you'll reach higher levels in less time.
๐ Level ranking
Spot the Difference has its own global ranking: the highest level you reach is saved. Go to Ranking, the ๐น๏ธ 1 Player tab, choose "Spot the Difference" from the dropdown, and compare your score with other players, synced to your account. For your result to count you need a free account on MundoSudoku (just a username and password, no email required): you can play without one, but without logging in your score won't be saved to the ranking.
Put your eyes and focus to the test.
