In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the identifying details above and the following terms of use are provided.

1. Purpose

This website's purpose is to offer free entertainment through online sudoku games, as well as related content (instructions, downloadable sudokus and a personal ranking). Access to all content is free and is sustained through voluntary donations (section 5). There are no subscriptions or mandatory paid content. As the only exception, the social experience Hotel MS (mundosudoku.com/hotel), clearly separated from the rest of the site, allows the optional purchase of the virtual currency "MS Coins", governed by its own Terms of Sale and Use of MS Coins; these coins can also be earned for free by playing.

2. Terms of use

Access to this website is free and implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to make appropriate use of the site and not to use it for unlawful activities or activities that infringe on the rights of third parties, nor to take actions that could damage, overload or impair the operation of the site.

3. Intellectual property

The design, source code, logos, texts and other content of this website are owned by Miguel Arechaga, except for duly identified third-party elements. Reproduction, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes without express authorization is prohibited. Downloadable sudokus are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

The game graphics and those of the furniture ("furnis"), the clothing, the avatars and the other visual elements of Hotel MS and of the MundoSudoku.com games are the property of MundoSudoku.com. Their reproduction, copying or use in other projects without the owner's express authorization is prohibited.

4. Advertising

This website does not use third-party advertising networks or advertising cookies. The only advertisement that may appear — and only on the Spanish version of the site — is an own link, labelled as advertising in the footer, to tirasnasales.es, a project run by the same site owner: a static link, with no scripts, no tracking pixels and no cookies. The site is funded through the voluntary donations described in section 5 and optional purchases in Hotel MS.

5. Voluntary donations

This site offers the option of making a voluntary donation in Bitcoin to the site owner. The following terms apply:

• It is voluntary and gives nothing in return. Donating grants no advantage, product or service: it does not unlock content or confer privileges in the games, rankings or leaderboards. It does not constitute a purchase or the contracting of any service.
• It is irreversible and non-refundable. Bitcoin transactions cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed on the network, so refund requests cannot be honoured. Please check the address before sending any amount.
• Adults only. Donations may only be made by persons over 18 years of age with the legal capacity to dispose of their own funds.
• Only one valid address. The only authorised address is the one published in the footer of this website: bc1q24rxq2kz2csauu4f9f5ygmmkhptdf8an6jfhj6. The owner accepts no responsibility for transfers made to addresses circulated by third parties in his name through any other channel.
• No donor data is collected. The transfer takes place directly between wallets on the Bitcoin network, without this website acting as an intermediary. The donation block sets no cookies and sends no information to any server.

The value of Bitcoin is volatile. The decision to donate and the amount are entirely the user's own.

6. Disclaimer

The owner is not responsible for possible errors in the content, or for the site's temporary unavailability, although it is committed to fixing them as soon as it becomes aware of them.

The platform is not responsible for the loss of data, virtual coins (MS) or acquired items due to technical failures, computer attacks, hacking, loss of connectivity or force majeure. The user accepts that the environment is digital and that there is no right to financial compensation or refund in the event of service interruption or data loss caused by circumstances beyond the administrator's direct control.

8. Data protection
