🚗 How to play Rush Hour (Unblock)

Rush Hour, also known internationally as Unblock, is a logic puzzle as simple to understand as it is hard to master. A trapped red car, an exit, and a pile of vehicles in the way: your mission is to clear a path. Here are the rules and how to solve the levels in fewer moves.
What is Rush Hour?
It's a sliding-block puzzle on a 6x6 grid. There are several cars and trucks, each occupying two or three cells. The red car is blocked and must reach the exit on the right side. The challenge lies in the order you move the other vehicles.
How to play step by step
- Each vehicle only slides in its own direction: horizontal ones left or right, vertical ones up or down.
- Cars don't turn and can't jump over others.
- Tap a car, then tap an empty cell in its line to slide it.
- The goal is to clear the path so the red car can exit to the right.
- Try to solve each level in the fewest moves possible.
Tips to solve the levels
- Start by identifying which vehicle blocks the red car's exit and think about how to move it out of the way.
- Work backward: imagine the final move (the red car exiting) and figure out what gap you need right before it.
- Avoid moving cars without a reason; every move counts and can create new blockages.
- If you get stuck, use Restart and try a different sequence from the beginning.
