📖 How to play Kakuro

  1. The dark squares with a number are clues: the number next to "↓" gives the sum of the white-square run below, and next to "→" the sum of the run to the right.
  2. Fill the white squares with digits 1 to 9.
  3. Within a single run (a row or column segment between two clues), no number can repeat.
  4. The sum of the numbers in each run must exactly match its clue.
  5. Press "Check" to see which squares are correct (green) or incorrect (red).

💡 Tip: start with the shortest runs or ones with very high or low sums, since they have fewer possible combinations.
